    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion, and it was a very important thing for me to understand how Mr. Nduva Muli will handle the matter of retired Kenya Railways staff. I am one of those retired members of staff of Kenya Railways, who go without a salary. I found the Kenya Railways Managing Director (MD) in a very awkward position; he was manning a concession that was put in place before he was given the job. This was a concession that was not fair to Kenyans. This was a concession that handed over the assets of this country to a foreign cowboy. It is very sad."
