    "content": "I want to say that we do not just have to look at the qualifications but these individuals need to think outside the box. This is because for the two Ministries to which they were nominated, when you look at the infrastructure in this country, it is not evenly distributed. You look at our road network in some of the areas; we only think of the road linking Kenya to Uganda through Malaba, but the road can also link Kenya to South Sudan through Trans Nzoia and Suam; this is also an area that we need to open up."
