    "content": "The other issue that we need to look at is the railway network in this country, which has not been functional. The railway network in this country can take a lot of cargo off our roads; whenever you are travelling every day in this country to western Kenya there are so many lorries on the road with cargo. If the railway network was functional these loads of cargo would be taken off our roads and the roads would be safer to drive on."
