    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to second this Motion. I also want to echo what my able Chair has just said that really if we can continue with this spirit of bipartisanism this House can go to great heights in terms of achieving its objectives. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I say that because many a time people see us as basically Members who are hell bent on opposing for the sake of opposing. We do not do so. We oppose where it is necessary to do so and when there is a reason to support, we support. Therefore, for this reason I will support this Motion and I am sure later in the afternoon you will see us opposing others very very rigorously."
