    "content": "that was presented to us by the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury. We also have the Supplementary Estimates II for 2012/2013 before us. So, this House has worked tireless. I must bring to the attention of Kenyans the fact that we have not been moving round the country collecting any signatures. We have been working to ensure that money is appropriated as necessary, so that they can receive it for development. We must get our priorities right. I think the National Assembly has gotten them right, particularly on where our energy needs to be focussed. With those remarks, I beg to support."
