Speaker, Sir, I wish to support this Motion as amended and call upon everybody in this House, Kenyans at large and even members of the Fourth Estate to be our eyes on the ground, especially on the monies that will go to the county governments. Hon. Ng’eno has said that many of those governors, instead of dwelling on things that will improve the lives of our people, are dwelling on petty issues like number plates for their cars, askaris and their titles. They also want to know whether they will be referred to as “Your Excellency” or not."
