    "content": "up such health centres, we need to employ two or three people to run them before the Government brings in staff. I want to disagree a little with the county government officials who are campaigning for more money to be allocated to the counties. Those people have not even started--- We do not know how they are going to run those counties. We want to ask them to start, but they should not be talking about CDF because CDF has been there. It is the history of CDF that encouraged this country to look for a devolved Government. The Parliamentary Committees should know their work. We want the various committees of this House to work the way this Budget and Appropriations Committee has worked. We want to be firm so that this House can stop the wastage of resources in this country. We want the committees to be firm so that we can reduce corruption in this country. This country has money. People have paid taxes which KRA has been collecting. However, the way we spend the money is what is questionable. Hon. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks I support."
