"content": "because this is a devolution era, we want to tell them: “Let us move at a pace that we can manage.” When a baby is born, it does not start running or walking. It has to have baby steps and that is what we are doing. This is a transitional House and period through which each and every person must grow at the rate that is provided for. Hon. Speaker, Sir, I therefore support this Motion as amended and say that this House has come to show for sure that it is mature, unlike what other people might feel - that it comprises of inexperienced politicians. I want to stress that hon. Members who are in this House are experienced in their various fields and we are ready to ensure that we move this country to the next level."
