    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the issue of poverty is the biggest sin that has been committed on mankind. When you are poor nobody recognises you. Any time you get rich people are all around you. The poor are neglected in the society. Time has come when resources have to be set aside for the poor children so that they can help their parents in future to be respected also in their communities. I want to say here and now that it is important even with the CDF money that we identify the poor children in our communities and ensure that the CDF bursary is channeled to them. This will enable them in future, when they succeed, to buy a blanket for their parents."
