"content": "It is exciting now that we have a young Executive talking to some of the Cabinet Secretaries and the new Permanent Secretaries. If they get proper leadership from this House and if corruption of the past does not get its root in the new administration, then we can do a lot as a country. I want to congratulate hon. Gatobu for saying that the Government keeps track of our athletes because we do not know where they are. The database will help but we need to go further to find out on a permanent basis how to fund the people from that database. I saw a lady on television the other day somewhere in Turkana debate the issue of laptops in some mabati partitioned House. She said that when it rains, the kids cannot get there because the place is flooded. She also said that it is too hot in the day and kids cannot study and cannot even sit under a tree. We have issues."
