    "content": "We have money in this country to do it. I want to plead with the Executive to allow the Budget process to be done in a way that the Constitution envisaged. We can do this as a country, ladies and gentlemen. We can do it in such a manner so that at the end of the day we do not engage ourselves in trivial issues. Who engages us in trivial issues? It is the conservative few who control the intelligence network. We come to this House, they engage us with issues that the Senate is saying that it is superior or the National Assembly says that it is superior. That is a waste of our time because it does not matter who is superior."
