I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Article 155 (3) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and the provisions of Standing Order 45, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Lands, Housing and Urban Development, on the Vetting of Principal Secretary Nominee, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 25th June, 2013; and approves the appointment of Mariamu El Maawy as the Principal Secretary for Lands."
