    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. We have very many urgent issues of national importance to discuss. The House notes that we have just put aside the issue of the teacher’s strike that has paralysed learning in public institutions across the country to tomorrow in order to debate this Motion. My fear is that going through these details that we already have in the reports of committees, we will not be able to transact the business pending before us today. So, I was going to urge you to give directions on how long the chairs of the committees can take so that we go into the other matters."
