"content": "With respect to the second nominee, Eng. Joseph Njoroge, he appeared before us on 19th June at 4.00 O’clock. We informed him that there was an affidavit that was brought by a member of the public against him. This affidavit was rejected by the Committee because it attacked the corporate entity rather than the individual nominee. The nominee responded to the questions put to him by the Committee and it was satisfied that, indeed, that affidavit was not in good faith."
