    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya and the provisions of Standing Order 45, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on the Vetting of Principal Secretaries Nominees, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 25th June, 2013; and approves the appointment of Prof. Fred H. K. Segor as Principal Secretary for Health."
