There are areas which get hardship allowance and others do not. On the same breadth, house allowances vary from one area to another depending on the cost of town. For instance, in Kitui County, teachers there are suffering a lot just like those in Kisumu. So, could the Ministry consider increasing the allowance for teachers in Kitui County?"
