Kibicho and this is one of the things that we had discussed as a Committee; he has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering specializing in thermal fluids. This is a distinguished engineer. One of the things that came before us is that if we were to industrialize, we required the services of Eng. Kibicho in Ministries in charge of Infrastructure and Industrialization but we never wanted to question the wisdom of His Excellency the President in nominating this particular individual because maybe there were other considerations.
