    "content": "Prof. Colleta Akinyi Suda has never been charged in a court of law. She has no potential conflict of interest and has fully complied with tax obligations. It is also good for this House to know that she was also cleared by the Higher Education Loans Board and also by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. She has never been dismissed from office for contravention of the provisions of Article 75 of the Constitution, which deals with the conduct of State officers who are adversely mentioned in any investigatory report of Parliament or of any commission of inquiry."
