    "content": "(iv) The NETFUND is established by Part Three, Section 24(1) of EMCA. The Fund is vested in NEMA and should be administered by a board of five trustees appointed by the Minister. The object of NETFUND is to facilitate research intended to further the requirements of environmental management, capacity building, environmental awards, environmental publications, scholarships and grants."
