    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Supplementary Appropriation Bill. As we are aware, there is already undue delay and there are services that must be rendered. There are Bills that must be paid. I also want to join my colleagues by saying that even our own constituencies are feeling the delay in the release of the money. We have children from very poor families who depend on bursaries; I believe if we approve this Bill, the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) will be disbursed as fast as possible."
