    "content": "It is coming; it is what I am going to if you just indulge me; that is why I asked for your indulgence. What I am trying to say is that for free maternity services to take root in our country healthcare provision should be without discrimination, whether direct or indirect, all over the country. Therefore, the clarification I am asking from the Leader of the Majority Party, knowing that in some parts of the country, for example in some counties, there are virtually no doctors, gynecologists and nurses is, what affirmative action is the Government instituting to ensure the required equity necessary to attain equal provision of health services in all our health facilities is attained? I thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir."
