That is based on the fact that most of the women who deliver at most of our hospitals are HIV/AIDS positive. What measures have been put in place to ensure that the HIV/AIDS positive women also get proper services? This should also be connected to free family planning. What measures have also been put in place to ensure that these women access free family planning services?"
