    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Leader of Majority Party for the answers he has given but I want to seek clarification. He talked about 46 vehicles being given to the Police County Commanders. You know when you give them to the Police County Commanders then I do not know whether these vehicles are able to be utilised by the forces which need them or they will be used by the Police County Commanders for their comfort. The second issue is that when you talk about only eight counties being relatively affected by insecurity, from the media you heard that in Trans Nzoia seven people were killed over the weekend. Have you taken that into consideration? Also, are you doing something about the poor road network in some of those areas so that our forces can reach the criminals causing insecurity?"
