    "content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Shebesh): Hon. Jakoyo, we do have the amendments brought by the Budget and Appropriations Committee, which is the process. We do not have any other amendments. So, I suggest we move ahead with the procedure of the Committee of the whole House because we are now at the Committee Stage and we cannot change any decision. If we do that at this stage, we will have to go back to the full House. So, I would want to consider what is in front of us, hon. Jakoyo. I also think that I am being serious. We have given the procedure as is requested and we have to obey the rules."
