    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I have been listening to hon. Jakoyo agitate his position, but he is yet to quote whichever Standing Order is relevant. He is asking the House to adjourn until tomorrow. I do not know under which procedure he is suggesting that. There was an opportunity for him to complain before we passed the Motion to abridge time. As we speak he is too late and we should proceed. If there is an issue, let it be put to question and then we can vote on it without making a lot of noise here."
