    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not understand what was out of order. This is because the information we are giving is the chronology of what really happened. We are giving this information so that the hon. Member can have added information on that. When the hon. Member talks of collusion to deprive the people of Migori, it cannot be true because there is nothing that the law had apportioned to the people of Migori that they did not give. In part “c” of the answer, in fact, I did mention that the company would have done it out of their own magnanimity or generosity because the law does not say it. But the new law is going to be very categorical. This House will have to decide what percentage the Government takes as royalties and what percentage the residents get. So, we are going to be very clear because it is our own law. Again, if you familiarize yourself with that law, you will find that there are a number of things that we must correct. I want to invite the hon. Members to familiarize themselves with that law, so that when we come to debate it, we are able to assist."
