    "content": "Members, those of you who agree with the Committee’s request to the House to sit again will vote yes. Those against the Committee sitting again will vote no. Members, you must listen to this:- If for instance, those against the Committee sitting again today win, that does not mean that the Committee cannot sit tomorrow. Obviously, it is already past six o’clock and the House has not been moved to sit beyond the normal sitting time. I am explaining the obvious."
