    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, before you came we were in the Committee of the whole House and the hon. Jakoyo raised a fundamental thing that let us deal with the Committee of the whole House tomorrow, Thursday. Some of the hon. Members disagreed with that and the Committee Chair reported that the House doth adjourn. The Standing Orders are very clear – the House doth adjourn to the next sitting and that was what was put to Question. Those who will agree for the House to adjourn will vote “yes”. Those who disagree, in which group I lead to be more precise, we are going to vote “no”. In my own clarification and the Budget Office is here, this is a very crucial Bill. As we go to voting, I want it to be very clear that there are those who agree with the adjournment."
