Kinoti brought it at the right time; I think he needs to even go further, and come up with a Bill, which this House can enact. It is not just about the issue of poverty among poor people; what happens in some constituencies like where I come from, Endebess, is that many farms there are owned by the Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC). We have employees who are on permanent, temporary and casual terms; these people go for several months without a salary.
