    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. This is just for clarification purposes and a bit of information. That issue has come up because most likely hon. Members of this House are not seeing things being implemented. It is good to let hon. Members know that Motions have been passed in this House and they have been implemented. Their effort is not going to waste. It is only that with time, if the Committee on Implementation is working, then we should start seeing reports on implementation. Hon. Deputy Speaker, formerly there could have been a problem because we did not have control over the Budget. But now the Budget is within the powers of the House; we are the ones who are controlling the finances and everything. We cannot expect a Motion which will be discussed in the House to be implemented tomorrow. I think things will start moving in the right direction. We have seen things being implemented after discussion in this House. Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker."
