    "content": "So, this amendment compels public institutions and Constituency Development Fund Committees, to use the data bank that we will create. Education is key. It is the bridge that can enable us to move from poverty to riches, and it is what turns around lives. Some of us are a testimony of having come from very poor backgrounds and having received help and bursaries from various sources and now, we have become people to be spoken of in this country."
