    "content": "It will also help us to assist the people in an organised manner because the county governments will be offering bursaries. The Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) will be offering bursaries and also the Government will be offering the same. If we do not do it in an organised manner, then it means they will not help as much. Also, that information can be used by the Government in the management and planning. So, I tend to think this is a very good idea."
