    "content": "In some parts of this country, if a child scores 200 marks out of 500 marks, he or she is a bright student. That is according to me. That is because of what hon. Wario has just said. Some students go to school under very difficult circumstances. If they can pull themselves and score 200 marks out of 500 marks, they should be considered as bright pupils. I think the focus should be on poor students. There should be no much ado about bright students."
