    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Mover of this Motion, hon. Gatobu. This Motion is very timely. It is very important especially for our country. Over 40 per cent of our population is very poor and needy. You will realize that education is the only equalizer. It is the only thing that will make the society move forward. The CDF is allocating about 15 per cent. It is also important that this House compels the county governments to ensure that they also allocate part of their incomes to assisting the needy. The large multi-national companies should also assist."
