    "content": "On the material day, one, Anthony Chinedu refused to board flight No.KQ532, economy class, seat number 33B from Nairobi to Lagos which was to depart from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) at 0805 hours. That prompted the Government to charter flight No.5YSAX from East African Safari Air Express, so that the said order is enforced. The chartered plane thus carried the three deportees, seven Government officials and five crew members. The mission undertaken by the seven Government officials and five crew members of the aircraft was to escort the deportees back to their country of origin in keeping with Section 43(2)(a) of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act, 2011."
