"content": "I would like the Leader of Majority Party to ask the Government to come up with a law to amend the Deportation Act, so that we can allow deportees to be deported out of Kenya within 24 hours. That way, they will not rush to court to try and bog down their removal out of the country. We should even station magistrates at the JKIA to deal with those people even on Saturdays and Sundays. This is the only way we can sort out the issue of drug trafficking, pornography and all those other things that are happening in this country. Today in Mombasa and even here in Gilgil, I understand our young ladies are undergoing tremendous and humiliating acts by foreigners. Our nation should not allow those things to happen. That is because they are going to destroy our society and the young people we are trying to bring up to lead this country in the future. I, therefore, wish to ask the Leader of Majority Party to request the Government to really amend the law. We are ready to do so to help out. We know many drug peddlers, some of whom I deported personally when I was the Minister for Immigration in Kenya. Somehow, they come back and yet, we know them. It is difficult to deal with drug barons because they deal with peddlers. That is why it is very difficult to get rid of them or take them to court. The best way is to deport them within 24 hours."
