    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard the hon. Minister, my good friend, Prof. Anyang’-Nyong’o, stating categorically that Hola District Hospital is condemned. That hospital is still in use, even when the Minster has condemned it. He is still looking for money for the condemned hospital. Surely, where do his priorities lie? I would imagine he would want to deal with the condemned institution as a matter of priority and emergency. I agree with him that it is condemned, but when you condemn it, then build another immediately."
