    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, quite rightly so. I will be more than willing to provide them to the Members of Parliament from those cases. In any case, it is the Members of Parliament who are the eyes of the Government on the ground. Therefore, when these plans are there, the Members of Parliament play two roles; one, is to keep a hot spur on our posterior to ensure that these plans are implemented. The other one is to keep on getting information from the ground on what is needed. So, I will definitely give the Member of Parliament the plans for those areas."
