He wants to allocate Kshs1 billion to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). He also wants to allocate Kshs3 billion to the Registrar of Political Parties and Kshs46 billion to the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). He also wants to allocate Kshs2 billion to the Auditor-General. That is the import of what you are going to vote on."
