However, I would like to know from him whether he consulted with the District Information Officer who represents him on the ground. If so, he should not say that he is not aware because I am sure he or she would have told him that is what happens when you are near the Ugandan border. As you approach Uganda, you are told welcome to MTN and Safaricom ceases to give services. So, the residents in that area are charged more because they are charged as if they are in Uganda. I think Ugandan telephone boosters are stronger than ours."
