    "content": "are not here now, are the ones who want to shame this Government. They want to make sure that Kenya does not move forward. This includes hon. Midiwo and others. I understand that yesterday they met somewhere and discussed certain issues. Today, money circulated. I want to tell them that without even money, we want to see that Kenya prospers. That is why some of us are here. We were supposed to be in Mombasa because we have Committee functions there, but we said no. We want to make sure that Kenya goes through smoothly. I am appealing to the teachers that nothing will go down without their support. I come from the ASAL areas where some children learn under trees. If wind blows, it blows away the blackboard and even exercise books. It takes time to return those blackboards and books. So, with the laptops that are being promised, being a teacher, I am sure that even the areas which have been marginalized for a long time will get the right education. I support and congratulate my colleagues and the Deputy Speaker, who was on the Chair earlier. She did a lot. This is a moment when Kenyans have seen who their leaders are."
