    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Petition and would like to say that maybe in future as we build roads, we should consider doing in a way that safeguards the lives of our people. One of the ways that this could be done is to make sure that there is a standard walkway besides the road and a space for bicycles, so that there is not much traffic on the roads. I say this with a lot of envy for the hon. Member of Parliament because I do not have an inch of tarmac road in my constituency. So, I am not likely to come up with proposals for bumps and so forth. For those who are lucky to have tarmac roads, I think we should raise the standards so that--- As in most developed countries, there should be a bicycle track besides the road as this reduces the number of accidents, especially those caused by bicycles."
