    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, just the other day, we heard in the news that Kijabe Mission Hospital, which is in my constituency, was actually inaccessible. It has actually stopped a lot of construction work which was going on because the road that connects Mai Mahiu to Kijabe has been impassable for the last three months. We are saying that the former Ministry of Special Programmes promised to release money, but three months are gone and nothing has happened. The planting season is already over and there will be more ripple effects. It is high time we had this done in a more co-ordinated manner."
