    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to take this time to congratulate hon. T.G. Ali for moving this Motion. Indeed, over the years, we have experienced disasters in most parts of this country. If you are a student of mathematics, you can predict with some degree of confidence when disasters will occur again. You can predict this year, next year, ten years and 100 years from now. Therefore, we must move very fast and establish a Disaster Management Authority to respond to those disasters when they occur."
