    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. I rise to support the Motion and congratulate hon. Tiyah Galgalo for bringing such a timely Motion. Hon. Speaker, Sir, I just want to say that the money that the Government is spending to mitigate some of the effects of floods and all the other calamities that are caused by heavy rains is enough to contain the water through dams in most of the rivers in the affected areas. I have worked in Isiolo and I am sure hon. Galgalo knows that there are issues that have contributed to those advance negative effects. One, is environmental degradation."
