    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I wish to support this Motion as amended. It is something that should be done very soon. I would like to talk a bit on the cotton industry which has been failing. Mahatma Gandhi advocated for use of cotton in India. He banned the importation of cotton from Britain. We need to be more patriotic by building our industries rather than exporting jobs. We need to think about EPZ. People get tax holidays and there is the AGOA initiative. People come in as investors, but as soon as the tax holidays are removed, they run away from Kenya and go elsewhere. Our coffee and tea should be given good treatment---"
