Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Section 91 of the Office of the Attorney- General Act, 2012, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on Vetting of Mr. J. Muturi for the position of Solicitor-General, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 2nd July, 2013, and approves the appointment of Mr. J. Muturi to the position of Solicitor-General."
