    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this particular nominee, Njee Muturi, as I said from the outset has the legal experience and more so has the political experience. When the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs under the able leadership of the Chair, hon. Chepkonga, looked at this candidate in terms of qualifications, integrity and experience, they unanimously endorsed him for this position. I want to correct my good friend, hon. T.J. Kajwang.
