He organises, he coordinates and he manages the administrative and the legal function of that office. He assists the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kenya in the performance of his duties as the principal legal adviser. He is the one who signs all Government contracts. So, this is the accounting officer at the State Law Office. He is the closest adviser of the Attorney-General."
