"content": "Hon. Speaker, the happenings of that day are known to everybody. It is not something that I need to go to. However, by 6.30 p.m. on that day the House was suspended. When the Speaker resumed his seat the indication was that we were to complete the Appropriation Bill and issues related to it after which we would adjourn. So, it was clear to me based on that direction that I could not go into that Motion that day any way."
